Oceanfront in Loughborough Inlet, BC south central mainland coast. 160 undeveloped acres, with 4276ft of oceanfront. On the south end of the diverse shoreline is half of a peninsula which then opens to a large bay. To the north are two smaller bays and then the outermost portion of Statham Point, a peninsula which reaches out approximately 800ft from the head of the bay where a creek enters the ocean. The shoreline on the northern part of this property is moderately steeper and has a nice complement of coniferous forest, as does the valley flanking both sides of the creek. All properties are in a healthy state of regenerating forest, primarily in alder that is of merchantable size now and will reach prime maturity within the next few years. There is still a complement of large conifers lining the oceanfront, along the riverbanks and in other locations throughout the properties.
